Portrait Session Giveaway!!!

 

Kristin Gainey Photography is hosting a Portrait Session Giveaway!

 Just in time for fall I am offering another giveaway!  This Portrait Session can be used for one person, child, couple, siblings, or a family. (Excluding newborn sessions).

From Monday, September 3rd through Sunday, September 9th, you can enter to win a FREE portrait session with Kristin Gainey Photography in Roanoke or its surrounding areas for up to 5 family members! The portrait session is a two hour session that includes 30 retouched full resolution images of the clients’ choice.  Images will be provided on a personalized disc with printing rights.   

Also, anyone that enters and is not a winner...will also receive a coupon to use toward their next full portrait session. (Limit one per household).  

TO ENTER:

* Submit one photo entry per household.  Photo must include all members of the family you wish to be included in contest. 

 * A short paragraph or two as to why you feel you or your family should win a photo session with KGP. Feel free to talk about how great your kids are, what you do for fun, or how your husband is a keeper…whatever your heart desires.  I will include your paragraphs along with your photo on my blog.  This will help people choose who they would like to vote for. 

* You must be the parent or legal guardian of anyone under the age of 18.

* You must have permission / rights to use the photo you enter.

* Your photo must have been taken in the last 12 months.

* Photos will be accepted from 12:01 am Monday, September 3, 2012 until 11:59 pm Sunday, September 9th, 2012 (EST) and can be submitted via e-mail.

* Only photos e-mailed to Kristin@kristingaineyphotography.com with the subject line Portrait Session Giveaway during the previously mentioned time will be accepted.

* Include…Names of each contestant in contest photo and contact information.

* Contest is open to everyone, however if you live outside Roanoke, VA and the surrounding area, you must choose a location within 20 miles of Roanoke, VA for your prize shoot, or a travel fee will be charged in order to accommodate the photographer's travel needs!

 
HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED

* All entries will be uploaded into a Facebook album on the Kristin Gainey Photography Facebook fan page no later than Sunday September 9, 2012. The album will then be made available to the public and the voting will begin.

* To vote for a photo you MUST be a FAN, or under the new Facebook system, you must LIKE Kristin Gainey Photography's Facebook page.

* Click LIKE for the photo you are voting for in the Kristin Gainey Photography album labeled “Portrait Session Giveaway”.

* The photo with the most LIKES will be the winner. Comments permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes.

* Kristin Gainey Photography will verify that all likes of the winning photo have come from Kristin Gainey Photography Facebook fans; likes from non-fans will not be counted.

* Voting will close Sunday, September 16, 2012 at 11:59pm.

* The official winner will be notified and announced no later than Monday, September 17, 2012 as well as posted on Facebook, Blog, and Website.


WHAT YOU WILL WIN

* A free photo session with Kristin Gainey Photography. Full session in a location of your choice with siblings and parents/guardians (limit 5 people / $15 each additional sibling or pet). Multiple outfit changes, an online photo gallery with minimum 30 fully edited images to share with family and friends, a photo CD with up to 30 images of your choice. I will also watermark, resize and uploaded to Kristin Gainey Photography's Facebook page some images from the session for viewing, tagging and posting to your Facebook wall.

* Photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning, and completed before March 31st, 2013

* Prize retail value between$200- $300 - cannot be altered or changed in any way, and not redeemable for cash.

* Additional prints and products will be available for purchase at retail prices by contacting Kristin Gainey Photography.

* No other promotions or discounts can be applied.
